The Circular Design Guide

The Circular Design Guide was developed by design agency IDEO in collaboration with The Ellen MacArthur Foundation with input from leading companies. It contains 24 methods in the field of discovery, definition, production and marketing. The website also offers various downloads with which companies can get a grip on the circular economy.

Circular Economy Guidebook for Cities (2019)

In this guidebook, cities have been classified into four broad categories of whether a city is a legacy city or a pioneering city in a developed or an emerging economy. Based on the classification several examples from cities across the continents have been documented which have already embarked upon the journey to being more circular.

This platform has been developed by Chatham House to allow users to explore the policy and trade dynamics associated with transitioning from linear to circular economic models as well as providing analyses of the opportunities and trade-offs associated with such transitions.

Circulytics - Circularity measurement tool

Circulytics uses the widest set of indicators currently available. This tool:

Circular Economy toolkit for policymakers

The Ellen MacArthur Foundation developed the circular economy toolkit with key collaborators. This toolkit describes a methodology for circular economy policymaking. It also explores a range of policy options that Denmark – the country of the report’s pilot study – could choose to pursue.

UN Alliance for Sustainable Fashion, bringing together various UN agencies

The United Nations Alliance for Sustainable Fashion is an initiative of United Nations agencies and allied organizations designed to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals through coordinated action in the fashion sector. Specifically, the Alliance works to support coordination between UN bodies working in fashion and promoting projects and policies that ensure that the fashion value chain contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals’ targets
