As a valued member of our Circular Hotspot community and a former host, we would like to invite you to serve as a jury member for the upcoming Circular Hotspot elections. Your experience and insights make you uniquely qualified to evaluate and support the next generation of hosts.
Below you will find information about the election process, the candidates, and the event location. We kindly ask you to indicate whether you are available to participate, either online or onsite. We greatly appreciate your contribution and look forward to your response.
New Circular Hotspot Host Evaluation Process
Candidates for 2027 and 2028:

1. Jury briefing (30 min before the election) The jury meets to review the evaluation form, assessment criteria, and scoring process.
2. Candidate presentations Candidates present individually:
- 10 minutes for their pitch (slides or other format).
- 10 minutes for questions from the jury.
3. Individual scoring Jury members complete their evaluation and scoring forms during each pitch and Q&A session.
4. Jury deliberation After all presentations, the jury meets privately to compare scores, discuss the candidates, and decide whether to support them in organizing a Circular Hotspot.
5. Feedback to candidates Candidates are invited back individually to hear the jury’s decision and receive recommendations where applicable.
6. Announcement of winners The final results will be announced during the Hotspot event.
