October 12, 2026
Congratulations to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Host of the Asia Pacific Circular Hotspot 2027!
Announced at the Asia Pacific Circular Hotspot 2026 in Sydney, the Circular Hotspot 2027 in the Asia Pacific region will be hosted by the Waste Management Association of Malaysia (WMAM) together with its partners.
The jury recognised WMAM and its partners for their strong network, experience, and commitment to go beyond waste management to advancing the circular economy in the region. As WMAM Chairman Mr. Ho De Leong puts it, Malaysia will focus on moving “from ambition to delivery” while creating stronger interactions between Malaysian and international business actors.
We’re excited to see the momentum continue and look forward to the next chapter of circular collaboration, innovation, and impact across Asia-Pacific.
See you in Kuala Lumpur in July 2027!
