By leveraging triple and quadruple helix collaboration, the session will highlight European initiatives like CBE JU projects, Dutch circular innovations, and global best practices (TBD) from Brazil and the US.
This interactive discussion will focus on actionable strategies to strengthen partnerships, unlock investments, and foster systemic change—ensuring public-private cooperation becomes a catalyst for a resilient and sustainable global economy.
The list of speakers and the registration link will be available by the end of March.
Contribution to the WCEF2025 main programme
To scale the circular bioeconomy, public-private cooperation plays a pivotal role in addressing challenges like permitting, market acceptance, and funding gaps. This can be achieved by leveraging triple and quadruple helix collaborations. Through platforms like CBE JU and Holland Circular Hotspot, we see how targeted investments and collaborative frameworks drive impactful outcomes. By showcasing European successes and innovations, such as Dutch circular economy models, alongside global examples from Brazil and the US, we identify replicable strategies that unlock resources and foster trust among stakeholders. Accelerating the transition requires bridging local and global efforts, scaling proven solutions, and prioritizing shared value creation. The session will provide practical insights and tangible steps to enhance partnerships, ensuring that collaboration becomes a catalyst for a sustainable, circular bioeconomy at scale.
The target audiences are policymakers, business leaders, financiers and investors, public officials, researchers, NGOs , and think tanks.
