Webinar Horizon Europe Cluster 4: Digital, Industry, Space

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency will present the upcoming work program for the Europe Cluster 4 for 2023-2024 in a webinar on Wednesday November 23, from 10:00 – 12:00.

The Europe Cluster is part of the Horizon Europe funding programme for research and innovation with a budget of €95.5 billion. It tackles climate change, helps to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and boosts the EU’s competitiveness and growth. The programme facilitates collaboration and strengthens the impact of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies while tackling global challenges. It supports creating and better dispersing of excellent knowledge and technologies.

Cluster 4 of the Horizon Europe focus in increasing the European capacity in the field of key enabling technologies, in the digital, industrial and space domains. The vision behind its proposed investments is to shape competitive and trusted technologies for a European industry while respecting environmental boundaries. Its main areas of intervention are:

  • manufacturing technologies
  • key digital technologies including quantum technologies
  • emerging enabling technologies
  • advanced materials
  • artificial intelligence and robotics
  • next generation internet
  • advanced computing and Big Data
  • circular industries
  • low carbon and clean industries
  • space including earth observation

The webinar event will focus in structural changes and experience, with the grater aim to share information about results from previous calls & lessons learned, lump sum funding, two-stage topics, and many more.
