Join the NL Lounge at Ecomondo

Dutch SMEs from the circular economy sector, take your chance! Do you want to initiate or expand export activities to Italy? Then you can participate in the most important Italian cleantech fair, ECOMONDO, from 26-29 October in Rimini.

The Dutch Consulate-General in Milan and the Embassy in Rome are organizing a Dutch collective submission. This is supported by the RVO and carried out in collaboration with the Dutch sector organizations Water Alliance and ENVAQUA.

A joint NL lounge will be set up as a meeting place where exhibition visitors and Italian counterparts can meet Dutch companies, make business agreements, and organize presentations. In addition to the shared lounge, matchmaking and a networking moment are offered in collaboration with the sector organizations.

Ecomondo is an internationally oriented trade fair, one of the most important in Europe. Companies from the cleantech sector are present at this trade fair, from waste processing to water purification to sustainable energy and smart city. In 2019, the fair attracted more than 100,000 visitors and 1,300 exhibitors (+24% increase in foreign exhibitors compared to 2018). In 2020, the pandemic made physical participation in the fair impossible, but this year the fair will continue physically again.
