Request for information: Circular construction Israel

The construction unit within the Accountant General department in the Ministry of Treasury of Israel published a request for information (RFI) with reference to solutions and methods to reduce embodied carbon emissions throughout the building lifecycle. The RFI is published in Israel, but the building department at the deputy accountant general office is interested in solutions from outside of Israel as well and expressed interest in green building solutions from The Netherlands.
