MaterialDistrict: An Expo of Sustainable Materials in Utrecht

MaterialDistrict Utrecht is once again imbued with material innovation this year. It is the only annual event that brings together material manufacturers and specifiers of materials of all sectors of spatial design and gives an answer to the most important questions on the road to a circularly built and designed environment.

At the material expo at MaterialDistrict Utrecht, the visitor can see, feel, and experience no less than 250 samples of this edition. All selected materials fall within one or more of the three sustainable themes (Energy Transition, Circularity & Wellbeing). Each day, there is also a lecture program in which various experts will share different themes in circularity, such as textiles, circular design, and designer’s day.
