About the PIB
China has taken the transition to a circular economy seriously for decades and is widely recognised for scaling up sustainable technologies. From both a climate and geopolitical perspective, it makes sense for the Netherlands, as a frontrunner in circular economy, waste and water technology, to share its innovations that create business opportunities while addressing global environmental challenges.
Within the PIB framework, Dutch companies work together with the government to strengthen the position of the Dutch waste treatment sector in Asia. This article is part of the knowledge-to-knowledge (K2K) exchange, aimed at fostering dialogue and collaboration with Chinese partners.
Looking ahead, the PIB Waste2Resources China programme will continue with upcoming activities, including IFAT Munich in May and a series of knowledge exchange webinars. We warmly invite you to stay connected and follow the next steps of this collaboration.
