High-Level Political FORUM 2021 under the auspices of ECOSOC
New York| online | 6th until 15th of July 2021The high-level political forum on sustainable development (HLPF) is the core United Nations platform for follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This meeting will be held from Tuesday, 6 July, to Thursday, 15 July 2021, under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council.
The forum will allow having effective participation of all States Members of the United Nations and States members of specialized agencies for a more sustainable and resilient economic recovery. The participants will be able to explore different measures and types of international cooperation to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic and the recovery and promotion of the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development.
After the event, the President of ECOSOC will also prepare a summary to capture the key messages of the discussions.
