Urban Circular Bioeconomy: Stakeholder Engagement and Citizen Awareness

Europe cities have all the potential to become major circular bioeconomy hubs. Thus, the EU bioeconomy strategy is to support cities to become circular bioeconomy hubs where biowaste is a feedstock for safe and sustainable bio-based products—updating the long-term commitments of everyone involved.

The webinar series is co-organized by HOOP, SCALIBUR, ValueWaste, and WaysTUP! and is a partner event of EU Green Week 2021. The focus of the six-part webinar series is about Stakeholder Engagement and Citizen Awareness, where some experts will discuss the Urban Circular Bioeconomy. They will also explain the entire value chain that can start with the collection and continue with valorization.
